At Youhomey we're reinventing the rental market in Madrid, and we're looking for an outstanding Landlord Advisor. We're not after a traditional salesperson; we want a trusted consultant who's passionate about offering real solutions to landlords. You'll be the face of our Guaranteed Rent Plan, a service that removes every risk and worry from renting out a property.
Key responsibilities
- Actively prospecting and signing up landlords across the Community of Madrid.
- Presenting the Guaranteed Rent Plan.
- Carrying out market valuations.
- Organising and running property viewings.
- Following up with clients, negotiating and closing contracts.
- Maintaining the landlord portfolio.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales role in the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to win new business and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organised and ambitious.
- Comfortable with office software and CRM tools.
- Category B driving licence and own vehicle.
