How can I book?

Depending on the channel you use to contact us, the reservation process may vary a bit. If you are interested in an apartment that you have seen through the Idealista portal, you must fill in the contact form of the idealista ad itself, so that we will contact you via email to complete the reservation process with the steps indicated in said response. If, on the contrary, you have used the Spotahome portal, then we will stick to the reservation process of the platform itself, that is, it is booked online directly from the portal and the rental is confirmed through its method.

Where and how can I check availability?

The availability of the apartments is always detailed in the description. As well as the two entry dates of these same, which are always the 1st and 16th of each month. Even so, in the confirmation email you receive, the availability date will always be indicated.

My reservation has been accepted. What happens now?

Once we confirm your reservation and it is accepted, we will prepare a draft of the seasonal lease contract, for this we will request by email the necessary information for the preparation of the document, name, surname, ID number, address for notification purposes, telephone, email address and the reason why you need to rent the property for as long as you need it. The draft of the contract will be sent in advance of your arrival in Madrid so that you can review it before signing it.

Once in madrid

When you arrive in Madrid on the agreed date and time, we will meet you at our central offices to sign the seasonal lease, receive the rest of the agreed amount corresponding to the current monthly payment, deposit and agency fees, and the delivery of keys so you can enjoy your stay.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Indeed, all rentals require the delivery of a deposit, the amount requested will be returned at the end of the lease, after verification of the state of the property and its furniture by our AgentsHomey. The amount corresponding to the cost of electricity and gas generated during the last period of your stay will be deducted from the amount of the deposit, as well as the cleaning cost that is charged directly to the tenant.

Brokerage fees

Intermediation fees are charged for management, for the drafting of contracts, maintenance management, cleaning management and coordination, and intermediation in general.

Cleaning costs?

With each departure, the corresponding cleaning expenses are generated, these expenses vary depending on the number of rooms in the apartment. It is a fixed amount that is deducted from the total deposit given before returning it.

What is the minimum stay to be able to book with YouHomey?

The minimum stay to be able to book with YouHomey is 1 month. The temporary rental must be justified with the reason for the stay, we are not a vacation agency where we rent the apartments for tourist use, the stay for days or weeks is associated with the vacation rental and that is not our job.

If a problem arises, how can I contact Youhomey?

From Youhomey we have created a direct communication channel with the headquarters to be able to solve any question you may ask us. In the welcome email you will receive the instructions to use this channel from the youhomey.com website. Do not be scared, it is a simple and safe system so that nothing is misplaced 🙂

Can I extend my stay in the apartment?

If you want to extend the time of stay in the apartment, you can renew the rental contract, prior communication of 1 month in advance at least, to the renewal of the rental contract the amount corresponding to agency fees must be paid since it is a new rental agreement.

How am I going to pay the expenses each month?

The costs of electricity and gas supplies are paid monthly together with the rent. From Youhomey the invoice for said supplies will be reported monthly so that the tenant can proceed to its payment in the youhomey account along with the amount of the rent. When starting a rental, if the invoice issued does not correspond to the entire reserved stay, then the amount will be prorated so that the client only pays what corresponds to their consumption, the same will happen upon departure.
