What is the minimum and maximum stay to book with Youhomey?
The minimum stay to book with Youhomey is 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. The temporary rental must be justified with the reason for the stay, we are not a vacation agency where we rent the apartments for tourist use.
Where and how can I check availability?
You will find the availability of each destination detailed in the calendar that is next to the description of the apartment. Remember that the days of entry are the 1st of each month, and the day of departure, the last of the corresponding month. Enter the dates of interest in the form, and the system will display an availability confirmation message. You already have it!
How can I book?
Once the destination city has been chosen and the flat to reserve has been identified, you must fill in the fields for the day of arrival and departure to confirm availability. Remember that, as Youhomey is a temporary rental company for months, arrival days must be the 1st and departure the last of the month. If your dates are available, a confirmation message will appear so you can continue with the process. Then proceed to make the corresponding payment indicated, for the reservation, through our credit card payment gateway so that it can be registered.
My reservation has been accepted. What happens now?
Once the payment is made and we receive the request for your reservation, we will prepare a draft of the Seasonal Lease Agreement. To do this, we will request by email or telephone the necessary information for the preparation of the document, which includes: name, surname, identity document, IBAN, usual address for notification purposes, telephone number, email address and the reason for which you need to lease the property for as long as you need it. The draft of the contract will be sent, via email, in advance of your arrival at the destination so that you can review it before signing it digitally.
Once at your destination
When you arrive at your destination, you must go to our central offices on the previously agreed date and time to sign the lease, receive the rest of the agreed amount corresponding to the current monthly payment and the deposit, and finally hand over the keys so that you can enjoy your stay.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Indeed, all rentals require the delivery of a deposit, the amount requested, equivalent to one month's rent, will be returned later at the end of the lease, after verification of the state of the property and its furniture by our AgentHomey. The amount of the deposit will also deduct the cost of cleaning that is attributed directly to the tenant.
Intermediation fees, equivalent to 1 month plus VAT, are charged for management, for drafting contracts, maintenance management, cleaning management and coordination, and intermediation in general.
If a problem arises, how can I contact Youhomey?
In order to manage from Youhomey any incident related to your stay, you must report it through the following email email@example.com. You will receive a response in the same way, and as soon as possible, according to the order of arrival and/or priority with respect to the rest of the incidents previously reported.
With each departure, the corresponding cleaning costs are generated, which vary depending on the type of stay and number of rooms that the apartment has. It is a fixed amount that is deducted from the total deposit delivered before returning it.
Can I extend my stay in the apartment?
The maximum length of stay allowed with Youhomey is 6 months, with no possibility of extending it.
How am I going to pay the expenses each month?
The expenses generated by the concept of electricity and gas supplies will be charged monthly to the tenant, by the corresponding company, once the change of ownership has been made to the bank account indicated by the tenant for this purpose.
