YOUHOMEY is a startup that was born in Madrid. We are dedicated to seasonal accommodation for executives and embassy staff for periods between 1 and 6 months. To offer a quality service we take care of the properties in which we host our clients, so that is why we offer you to rent your apartment for 10 years!

We are looking for flats and studios in Madrid and Barcelona, ​​mainly between 1 and 2 bedrooms and furnished. If your flat does not fit within these characteristics, do not worry! You can send us your proposal here and we will assess the possibility of having him in our portfolio.

We want to make it clear that this has nothing to do with the vacation rental, it is not necessary any type of special license nor is it considered a tourist business. The seasonal rental is contemplated by the LAU

Very simple, you just have to contact us and a YOUHOMEY salesperson will be at your entire disposal. Firstly, a visit will be made to your property to verify the information you provide us about your apartment, in that same meeting our salesperson will explain the entire process to follow and if finally both parties agree, we will close the rental for as long as you want. .

For each entry, a monthly deposit is previously requested, this deposit is deposited in a special deposit account whose owner is YOUHOMEY. We take care of the management of the return of the deposits, verifying the status of the property on the same day that each departure occurs to determine the full return of said deposit to the client or if it is necessary to invest part or all of it to fix any damage that could be caused by causes directly attributable to the customer.

By contract we sign two very important matters for your peace of mind. On the one hand, we guarantee the rent every month, whether the property is rented or not, Youhomey will transfer the rent to you, like this, without small print. On the other hand, Youhomey guarantees the good condition of the house against damage due to vandalism, up to € 2.500! Yes, you have read it correctly, up to € 2.500 to cover what needs to be repaired or replaced in the event that it has occurred. vandalism. At the same time we take care of small repairs or damage due to misuse of the same. These are guarantees with all the letters!

We have a simple and flexible contract that allows us to adapt to each case. If you have any suggestions or want to add a clause, we can review it, and while it is within the philosophy of the startup, add it to the contract. Each owner has their preferences and we can adapt.

Every 10th of every month. When we close the deal, you receive the first rent on the 10th of the following month. We do not wait to have the property rented but if we need a few weeks of preparation, we do our best to offer the best guarantees and the best quality.
