We are looking for properties, mainly between 1 and 2 bedrooms and furnished. If your apartment does not fit these characteristics, don't worry! You can contact us and we will evaluate the possibility of having it in our portfolio.

We want to make it clear that our seasonal rental service DO NOT has nothing to do with vacation rentals, so NO TYPE OF LICENSE IS NECESSARY SPECIAL nor is it considered a tourist business. It is important to highlight that seasonal rentals are contemplated by the Urban Leases Law (LAU).

Becoming a Youhomey owner is very simple, you just have to contact us, through the contact form found on this page, and a YOUHOMEY salesperson will be at your entire disposal to explain all the benefits and guarantees of our service. of Comprehensive Rental Management. Subsequently, a visit will be made to your property to verify the information you provide us about your apartment.
